An accomplished performer with more than three decades of professional experience as a singer, songwriter, voice actor and music producer, Jason Charles Miller has established himself as a veteran presence in entertainment.
Jason has released 6 albums straddling the genres of rock, country, Americana and heavy Southern rock. His albums have included collaborations with Rickey Medlocke (Lynyrd Skynyrd), Kenny Aronoff, Brenda Lee Eager, Duane Betts (Allman Betts Band), Ben Moody (Evanescence), Reeves Gabrels (David Bowie/The Cure), Charlie Starr (Blackberry Smoke), and Michael 'Fish' Herring (Prince). His latest album, 'Knives in the Dark' features collaborations with Aronoff, Cristina Vee, soul legend Ellis Hall (Tower of Power) and multi-Grammy winning producer Matt Hyde.
As a solo artist, Jason Charles Miller has performed alongside and opened for country and rock greats including Billy Ray Cyrus, Alan Jackson, Eric Church, Toby Keith, Ashley McBryde, Allman Betts Band, .38 Special, Night Ranger, Gary Allan, Justin Moore, Big Kenny of Big and Rich and Jerrod Niemann.
Jason's lead vocals are featured on the Billboard chart-topping theme song for the 'Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers' video game in 2019, and he has since gone on to sing several more songs for the FFXIV franchise ('To the Edge,' 'Close in the Distance'), as well as performed around the world at FFXIV live events with the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra (Tokyo and Saudi Arabia), the Guangzhou Symphony (China), the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra and the BBC Orchestra. These frequent collaborations with FFXIV composer Masayoshi Soken have led to Jason singing 'Take Flight,' the entrance theme song for international wrestling superstar Kenny Omega.
He's also contributed vocals to the critically acclaimed 'Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance' soundtrack, co-written three songs to the highest selling video game of 2020, 'Cyberpunk 2077,' co-written theme songs for 'Critical Role' and Amazon Prime's 'The Legend of Vox Machina' and has even sang backup for Robert Smith of The Cure on the Gabrels/Smith track "Yesterday's Gone." For the launch of a Klingon themed expansion, Jason was hired by 'Star Trek Online' to write a metal song about the Klingon home world. Jason was the on-camera host of the Webby award-nominated show 'Starter Kit' on Geek & Sundry, teaching celebrities how to play tabletop role playing games. He's also appeared as a host and on-air personality on streaming channels including Dungeons & Dragons, Nerdist, Hyper RPG, The Young Turks and Dropout. Jason is also the co-host of Bardic Inspiration, a weekly D&D songwriting show sponsored by Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms on the CNEGames Twitch channel. As a SOVA winning voice actor, Jason can be heard in hundreds of video games, commercials, animated series and documentaries. Career highlights include the World of Warcraft, Halo, Street Fighter and Elder Scrolls franchises, as well as Avatar: The Last Airbender, Attack on Titan and Batman. He's even narrated a film for NASA.
You can also see Miller on-screen in the SyFy original movie 'Battle Planet,' in 'Chatroom of Solitude' on Stan Lee's World of Heroes network, playing himself in season 5 of 'The Guild,' and squabbling with Lewis Black and Andy Dick in various productions on Comedy Central.
Widely recognized as the frontman and founder of the rock band Godhead, he sold more than 250,000 albums touring the world with the likes of Ozzy Osbourne, Rammstein, Disturbed, Marilyn Manson, Linkin Park, Slipknot, and Korn frontman Jonathan Davis.
In 2004, Jason penned the all-star collaboration "Forever In Our Hearts," a song to benefit the victims of the 2004 tsunami in South Asia which included Brian McKnight, Mya, Jacoby Shaddix [Papa Roach], Nate Dogg and many more.
Originally from Clifton, VA, Jason now lives in Los Angeles, CA.
