Palestinian dancer and choreographer living between Palestine and New York City. She graduated with honor in Choreography at the Ailey Fordham University BFA Program, in the class of Kazuko Hirabayashi. In 2005, she founded the Yaa Samar! Dance Theatre company, creating over 30 original works which have been performed across the continents.
