Janelle Leona was born in the small town of Prescott, AZ on February 27, 1991. As a child music was the dance of her life. After she attended Greenway high school in Phoenix she moved to Los Angeles where she was focusing on her modeling career. During the next four years she transitioned from print modeling to commercials which lead to film and television acting.
In 2013 Janelle was introduced to Poet, the writer / producer of the 'Black Eyed Peas'. Over the next several years Janelle added music to her portfolio as a singer / songwriter. Several of her songs have been performed by DJ Colleen in Los Angeles.
She is known for 'Just Go With It', 'Midnight in the Switchgrass' and in the upcoming film 'Abandonment' where she is a 911 operator with Academy Award winner Richard Dreyfuss. She will also be co-staring in the Russell Jones directed sports movie 'One Last Shot'.
When not acting or singing she is committed to making a difference with homeless and disadvantage children through charity events, church, and community activities. She is also the title holder of Miss. Scottsdale's Exceptional Woman (2018), committed to speaking and standing for the search of missing and exploited children.
