- Actor
Warren Trezevant was the first character animator hired from the inaugural animation feeder program taught by Pixar Animators at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Taught by Pete Doctor, Andrew Stanton, Ash Brannon, Oren Jacob, and Andrew Schmidt, Warren was hired into the commercials division in 1995, before moving into the feature film division for 'A Bug's Life'.
In addition to his feature film work, Warren helped bring animation into the real world with a number of unique projects: as the creator of the Toy Story Zoetrope, utilizing the then nascent technology of color 3D printing; and the animator for a life-size animatronic WALL-e, utilizing the first use of Pixar's animation system to drive Disney's animatronics.
Warren was also a key member in the development of the animation tools for Presto, Pixar's proprietary animation system, which was first used on the feature film 'Brave'.
