Charles K Taylor, also known as Charlie Taylor, started out of school
as a Tool and Die maker, for 9 years. He also worked at a gunshop doing
gunsmithing work for Customers such as police and film armourers and
the general public. Charles was lucky enough to work on all classes of
firearms from muskets to machine guns. He then opened his own gunshop
attached to a shooting range working for 6 law-enforcement agencies as
armourer. In 1995 he worked on his first film, Pathfinder, and then
built guns for the classic, Baz Lurhman's Romeo and Juliet. That's
where his career bolted in the industry where he found time to supply
his talents as a gunbuilder, gunsmith, law-enforcement armourer and
weapons specialist to the film industry. He continues to build and
supply firearms for such pictures as Shootem up, Assault on Precinct
13, Resident Evil II and III, the Hulk, Max Payne and Death Race.
Charles now runs an established supply business called Movie Armaments
Group Located in Toronto.
