Not just in acting, but the MCU has some literal heavy hitters in its cast. While actors Chris Hemsworth and Dave Bautista have proved their incredible stamina and strength, the Eternals’s Don Lee a.k.a Ma Dong-seok seems to have bested them all with his recent meet-up with UFC star Alex Pereira.
While the Poatan toured South Korea, the actor welcomed him with open arms and seemed to have accompanied him on his trip. The two also reportedly engaged in UFC-related activities including a friendly match on a punching machine. While Pereira got an amazing score, Ma Dong-seok seemed to have bested him.

A host of new names have been added to the cast of dark comedy The Gallerist, joining the already-announced Natalie Portman and Jenna Ortega.
Details regarding filmmaker Cathy Yan’s The Gallerist are being kept mostly under wraps, but here’s what we do know so far: the dark comedy is set to enter production next month in France and has been written by the Birds Of Prey director alongside James Pederson. Yan will direct with the story said to ‘focus on a desperate gallerist who conspires to sell a dead guy at Art Basel Miami’ – the latter being an upscale art show where tickets are around $85 per person (though kids get in for $10).
The project has already cast Natalie Portman and Jenna Ortega. Thanks to World Of Reel, we’ve picked now up details regarding the supporting cast for The Gallerist – and it’s quite an ensemble.

Christian Bale At A Red Carpet Event, Focusing On His 2024 Net Worth ( Photo Credit – Facebook )
Christian Bale doesn’t need a Batmobile to flex his fortune—his $120 million net worth is already a showstopper. Sure, he might not be able to rival Bruce Wayne’s billionaire status, but let’s be honest: Bale’s career is pure gold. From hacking people up in American Psycho to donning the Batsuit in The Dark Knight trilogy, this guy knows how to cash in on his craft.
Christian Bale was born in Wales in 1974 and didn’t exactly roll into life with Bruce Wayne-level bank accounts. His mom was a circus performer; his dad was an entrepreneur; the family moved around like they had wanderlust in their DNA. At 16, Bale ditched school to chase Hollywood dreams, and guess what? It paid off big. At just 13, Spielberg cast him in Empire of the Sun,...

Actor Denzel Washington has worked with a variety of stars ranging from Tom Hanks to Ethan Hawke. But there was one well-known veteran Washington lamented over not working with when he had the chance.
Denzel Washington never got to work with his acting idol Sidney Poitier and Denzel Washington | Alberto E. Rodriguez/Getty Images
Washington considered the late actor Sidney Poitier a major inspiration for his own film career. It’s easy to see why, as Poitier broke many barriers when it came to mainstream movies.
He’s considered the first African American film star, and was the first African American performer to win an Academy Award for Best Actor in 1964. By the time Poitier had already made history, Washington was an up and coming actor himself just looking for more opportunities in the business. An admirer of Poitier’s, the Training Day star remembered the exact moment he met his idol.

While plot details for the film are being kept under wraps, the novella tells the story of Stella, who was sure she’d made it up — a strange childhood memory of a local TV show with a disturbing host that she and the neighborhood kids supposedly appeared on. But when her old friend and even her mom confirm it happened, she’s left questioning why she has no memory of it. As she begins unraveling the truth behind the broadcast and its lingering presence in her town, the mystery becomes darker and more disturbing.

Did Ryan Reynolds And Hugh Jackman Fight Over A Popular Hollywood Actress? (Photo Credit – Instagram)
Alright, let’s get into it—the real story behind Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds’ legendary “feud.” And yeah, it all started because Ryan married Scarlett Johansson. You read that right. During an interview with The Daily Beast, Jackman confessed that he can’t remember how it all began.
The feud began in 2009 on the set of X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Jackman was already the iconic Wolverine, and Reynolds was still figuring out his Deadpool vibe. But it wasn’t just the roles at play here. Jackman, who was tight with Scarlett, was lowkey busting Reynolds’ chops. “Better watch yourself, pal, I’m keeping an eye on you,” Jackman joked. And just like that, the playful trash talk started flying, with Reynolds firing back like a pro. The feud was officially born.

Did Christian Bale Almost Lose Out Christopher Nolan’s Batman Begins? (Photo Credit – Facebook)
Christian Bale’s commitment to his roles? Next-level. The acclaimed actor is known for undergoing dramatic transformations for his characters. However, when he was gunning for the role of Bruce Wayne in Batman Begins, his dedication almost backfired. After losing 60 pounds for The Machinist, he bulked up a ridiculous 100 pounds of muscle to get into Batman shape. But here’s the catch: he got too big. Nolan, being a perfectionist, freaked out and told Bale to lose 30 pounds—or no Batsuit. Talk about a major oops moment.
Bale had already shredded his body for The Machinist, surviving on just an apple, coffee, and water—plus a little whisky and cigarettes to speed up the process. So when the Batman producers saw him after filming, they got worried. If he wanted to play Batman, Bale needed to get back into form.

Denzel Washington kissed a guy, and he’d have liked it to stay in “Gladiator II.”
Washington told Gayety in the below video that a kiss between his character Macrinus and another man was cut from the film because “they weren’t ready for that yet.” While Washington did not clarify who “they” were, the feature is directed by Ridley Scott and is being distributed by Paramount, also the film’s studio. Washington’s character Macrinus does reference having relationships with other men onscreen during the film, though.
“I actually kissed a man in the film but they took it out, they cut it, I think they got chicken,” Washington said. “I kissed a guy full on the lips and I guess they weren’t ready for that yet. I killed him about five minutes later.”
He added, “It’s ‘Gladiator.’ It’s the kiss of death.”

James Gunn has yet to finalize the new Dcu’s Batman actor. He has already got numerous suggestions from fans as to who will be a better-suited actor for the role. However, rarely do these fan castings get a celebrity endorsement. Blake Lively has now supported the Batman chatter surrounding Brandon Sklenar, her co-star in It Ends With Us.

Fans saw the two share amazing chemistry in the film and even got to witness the actor getting intimidated by Lively’s husband Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman. However, fans are not too thrilled about Lively’s suggestion, which probably has more to do with her current reputation than Sklenar’s skills.

November 22 will be a massive day for Denzel Washington. His role in Ridley Scott’s “Gladiator II” has thrust him into the heart of the Oscar race for Best Supporting Actor, and the film opens in theaters on the same day his son Malcolm Washington’s “The Piano Lesson,” which he produced, streams on Netflix.
But even with his recent hot streak, Washington is eyeing an exit strategy from the film industry. In a recent appearance on Australian “Today” (via Variety), the two-time Oscar winner explained that he has become extremely selective about roles in the final chapter of his career.
“For me, it’s about the filmmakers. Especially at this point in my career, I am only interested in working with the best,” Washington said. “I don’t know how many more films I’m going to make. It’s probably not that many. I want to do things I haven’t done.

Is there a busier director out there than Guy Ritchie? This year saw the release of his epic The League of Ungentlemanly Warfare and his TV adaptation of The Gentlemen. He also already has two movies wrapped for 2025. There’s In The Grey, which teams Jake Gyllenhaal and Henry Cavill, and then there’s Fountain of Youth with Natalie Portman and John Krasinski. Plus, he’s shooting two more series this year – Young Sherlock for Prime Video and the all-star The Associates for Paramount Plus. Now, we can add one more movie to his slate for next year – Wife & Dog, which is set to star Benedict Cumberbatch, Rosamund Pike and Anthony Hopkins.
According to a release from Black Bear, the company financing the film, Ritchie, who is also writing, will start shooting the film in February. The film is set in the back-stabbing world of the English aristocracy, which...

Denzel Washington will film his last movie one day. And he’s discussing some possibilities.
Though Denzel Washington can get a little ornery about internet memes, he is a legendary actor who has earned tremendous respect over his storied career.
He will also turn 70 years old in December. Some actors remain on screen until their 80s and beyond. Others choose retirement.

For the last 50 decades, the identity of the Zodiac Killer has remained one of the most puzzling cold cases in American true-crime culture. With countless suspects emerging and fading into obscurity, the serial killer struck terror throughout Northern California’s Bay Area in the late 1960s, inspiring countless podcasts, books, and even the 2007 Zodiac film starring Jake Gyllenhaal, Mark Ruffalo, and Robert Downey Jr.
For those who are unaware of the cold killer, the Zodiac Killer is an unidentified serial murderer who terrorized Northern California. He is infamous for his cryptic letters, taunting authorities with symbols, ciphers, and claims of several unsolved murders. The Zodiac Killer also claimed to have killed 37 people, but only five murders and two attempted murders have been linked to him. Despite extensive investigations, the Zodiac Killer’s identity remains a mystery, except, for Arthur Leigh Allen, a former elementary school teacher and convicted sex offender,...

Denzel Washington could be gearing up to enter the Marvel Cinematic Universe with a new role in Black Panther 3 — though the storied actor is obviously doing it on his terms.
In a recent interview on Today (the Australian version, not the U.S. one), Washington said director Ryan Coogler was “writing a part for me in the next Black Panther.” He didn’t say anything more about the part, though, or the follow-up to Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Rather, he dropped this nugget in a discussion of how he envisions his final act.

Earlier this year, we heard that Mysterio was being lined up to make an appearance in What If...? season 3. Considering the complicated nature of Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures' deal to share Spider-Man, it didn't seem overly likely.
Well, as you can see below, Mysterio appears in the first trailer for the show's final season and is hooked into an extremely dangerous-looking device.
Spider-Man: Far From Home came along before the Multiverse Saga began, introducing Quentin Beck, a Multiversal warrior whose home had been destroyed by monstrous Elementals. He was later revealed as a fraud and a disgruntled former Stark Industries employee eager to get his hands on the recently deceased Tony Stark's tech.
However, the fact he gave the MCU the designation of Earth-616 raised some eyebrows as did the fact his comic book counterpart once found a way to hope between the main Marvel Universe and the Ultimate Universe.

On this special day, we are more grateful than ever for the sacrifices made by those who have served in the armed forces. Why does Veterans Day always fall on the 11th of November, you might ask? A day when everyone from all walks of life can unite to pay our respects to veterans from all wars has its origins dating back to World War I. At 11:00a.m. Paris local time on the 11th of November, 1918, the Armistice of Compiègne was signed to officially end WWI.
This Veterans Day, we are recognizing the importance of Veterans as storytellers. Veterans Day is a federal holiday that honors the men and women who served.
Countless films have been made about their bravery, heroism and sacrifice.
Here are seven films to stream on Veterans Day this year:
“Saving Private Ryan”
Steven Spielberg’s ode to World War II veterans won five Oscars including Best Director for Spielberg — his second — while famously missing out on Best Picture to “Shakespeare in Love.” It is a visceral, emotional story of a group of soldiers, led by Tom Hanks, who are tasked with finding a private after the invasion of Normandy and bringing him home. Through their journey, Spielberg showcases the perspectives of everyone touched by the war, and the many different kinds of soldiers who fought for their country.
“Saving Private Ryan” is streaming on Paramount and Fubo.
“1917” (2019)

Heath Ledger was a perfect example of cinematic brilliance, that truly shined in the work he did in the industry. Born and raised in Australia, the actor shifted to the United States to pursue his acting dreams. While he was able to do just that, his portrayal of Joker in The Dark Knight received a lot of acclaim, including an Academy Award. This would have been the biggest day of his life, sadly the actor passed away just six months before the release of the movie.

Best Half-Blood Characters In Harry Potter Explored (Photo Credit – Instagram)
Blood status is essential in the world of Harry Potter, where half-bloods, pure-bloods, and Muggles coexist. But put the pretentious pure-bloods out of your mind for a second—half-bloods are the real deal! These characters, ranging from the heroic to the downright scary, challenge the old-fashioned belief that blood status counts. It’s time to select the top five characters with the most significant impact on the plot since some of the most fascinating characters in the wizarding world are half-bloods.
1. Harry Potter
Harry Potter himself is at the forefront of the movement. He’s not simply the strongest half-blood in fiction; he’s one of the best heroes ever. Harry carried the bravery and wit that characterize a true Gryffindor, even though he didn’t ask to be called the “Chosen One” or to lead the battle against Voldemort.

Jennifer Aniston And Jake Gyllenhaal Use ‘Pillow Technique’ To Shoot The Good Girl Intimate Scenes (Photo Credit – Instagram)
Jake Gyllenhaal once shared a tasty behind-the-scenes nugget that will make people’s tongues wag: he talked about filming love scenes with Jennifer Aniston. During an appearance on The Howard Stern Show, Gyllenhaal revealed what made the intimate scenes of The Good Girl so painful and strangely mechanical.
Gyllenhaal, who was just 22 then, admitted that working alongside Aniston wasn’t a walk in the park. “Oh yeah, it was torture,” he laughed. But wait—before you start picturing a melodramatic Hollywood saga, he quickly added, “It was also not torture. I mean, come on, it was like a mix of both.” Sounds like the perfect storm of Hollywood awkwardness!

There was a time when TV guest stars were pure magic, popping up like hidden gems in your favorite shows.
Long before social media spoiled every surprise, guest appearances felt like little events that brought something extra to our screens.
You’d be watching a familiar show, and out of nowhere, a face you knew and loved would walk on, adding an unexpected thrill to the episode.
Mark Harmon on The Love Boat (ABC/Screenshot)
These weren’t ratings gimmicks or social media stunts; they were genuine surprises that made TV feel alive and unpredictable.
For me, The Love Boat and Fantasy Island were cozy weekend rituals, especially when I watched with my grandma.
It wasn’t about knowing every guest star — it was about the fun of seeing who would pop up next, making each episode feel like a surprise package.

Denzel Washington‘s acting career has come full circle. Does this signal the conclusion of 42 years spent in the spotlight? When director Ridley Scott approached the 69-year-old about starring in Gladiator II, Washington could not turn down the chance to work with the esteemed director on the epic sequel set in Ancient Rome. As Denzel shines in one of his more acrimonious roles, he’s hinted at retirement.

Othello, one of the greatest tragedy tales by William Shakespeare, is all set to return to the stages once again through Broadway. Set in Venice and Cyprus, it is widely regarded among the mastermind author’s major tragedies as it brings about the titular Moorish military commander’s story as he is manipulated by his ensign, Iago, into suspecting his wife Desdemona of infidelity.
Of course, as famous as it is, there have been innumerable other iterations of this play over the years. Multiple different star-studded actors have joined the cast of the same, and given epic performances that they continue to be renowned for. And now that Broadway is reviving the saga, a cast of critically applauded actors has once again united to give the performance of a lifetime.

Hugh Jackman created one of his most fan-favorite films when he collaborated with director Darren Aronofsky for The Fountain. Aronofsky is primarily known for his psychological tales incorporating surreal and unsettling facets. Despite not being a critical or commercial success like his other films, The Fountain later earned a cult classic tag.

Just like most Darren Aronofsky films, The Fountain also had an unconventional story. Presumed Innocent Season 2 to Ditch Scott Turow Source Material, Adapt Unreleased Novel In Its Place
Presumed Innocent became an instant smash when it debuted on Apple TV over the summer.
So it comes as no surprise that what was once a limited series has now been renewed for a second season.
Of course, situations like this usually mean that the showrunners didn’t have a roadmap for future episodes. And in this case, they’ve decided to take a hard left turn into parts unknown.

According to a new report from Deadline, Presumed Innocent Season 2 will ditch the source material that helped to make the first version such a success.
Those episodes were based on the novel of the same name by Scott Turow.
Season 2, however, will adapt a different legal thriller, Dissection of a Murder by Jo Murray.
Unfortunately, this one doesn’t come with a built-in audience, like Turow’s wildly popular 1987 book.

Peter Sarsgaard, the guest on this episode of The Hollywood Reporter’s Awards Chatter podcast — which was recorded in front of an audience at the Newport Beach Film Festival, where Sarsgaard was honored with the Film Performance of the Year Award — is a remarkable character actor who is enjoying the biggest year of his career. He shines in both the new Paramount film September 5, playing Roone Arledge as ABC Sports covers 1972 Munich Olympics terrorist attack, and on the new Apple TV drama series Presumed Innocent, as a prosecutor tasked with convicting a former colleague of a murder.
The 53-year-old, who has a distinctive voice and sleepy-eyed gaze, has been acting professionally on the stage and screens big and small for 30 years. Early in his career, it was fashionable to describe him with sort of backhanded compliments — for instance, the New York Times noted in 2004 that he has a “tendency to...

There is nothing quite like the exciting expectation of a well-made thriller, whether we’re in a dark theater or the comfort of our own homes. This type of fiction is great at keeping people on the edge of their seats, with their hearts racing and minds desperately trying to figure out what’s going on. These must-see thrillers aren’t just chase scenes and shadowy figures; they’ve grown into complex psychological puzzles that play with our darkest fears and make us think about what we think we know.
