Kris Fenske(1974-2019)

Kris Fenske grew up around the muddy waters of Manitoba. During these
formative years he would regularly take long drives through the open
prairies with his grandparents. Often during these trips he would feel
the compulsion to try and vocalize what the various things crossing his
eyesight might sound like as they sped by the car window. His
grandmother became so frustrated with this behavior interrupting a
particularly quiet drive once that she turned around towards the
backseat and exclaimed, 'Is this what you're going to do for the rest
of your life?'. She was the first person he called when he got his
first gig making sounds for a living, and has been happy to remind her
how telling it all was ever since..
