Canadian born, Connie Dolphin has a rich and diverse production
experience garnered over sixteen years of involvement in the film and
television industry. After graduating from Simon Fraser University with
a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Connie's first foray into the
television industry was in the capacity of production secretary on the
CBC series, "Beyond the Line". Connie then feelanced as an assistant to
the Producer for several years, before entering post production, as a
post production coordinator.
For the next eight years Connie honed her abilities in the capacity of post production supervisor, and associate producer on a variety of television dramatic series, and MOW's, as well as feature films. These included; "Two" and _Profit (1994)_ (a highly praised critical success) for New World Entertainment, _Lonesome Dove (1992)_ for Hallmark Entertainment, "The Adventures of the Black Stallion", "North of 60", "Family of Strangers" for Alliance Entertainment and "The War Between Us" for the CBC.
Connie then shifted her emphasis to producing duties as co-producer and supervising producer on the television series Madison (1993) for Forefront Entertainment. Other production credits include; Producer on the 'Scott Smith' award winning feature film Rollercoaster (1999), coordinating producer on the Canada/Australia co-production _Beastmaster (2000)_, and producer on the Finnish/Swedish/Estonian co-production "Brothers of the Forest". Connie is a graduate from the Norman Jewison "Canadian Film Centre" - TV Drama Program. She has taught Movie Magic Budgeting and Scheduling at the University of Helsinki, and has guest lectured at innumerable seminars on the topics of Production and Post Production. Connie was the Producer on the recently wrapped television movie _We'll Meet Again (2002)_ for PAX and Global.
