Pearl Jam gave their hit cover of Wayne Cochran’s “Last Kiss” an unexpected twist at Ohana Festival over the weekend, when Eddie Vedder’s youngest daughter, Harper, joined the band to mash up the song with Taylor Swift’s “The Best Day.” Watch the performance below.
The band kicked off the encore of their Sunday set with Vedder introducing his daughter. “We’ve had so much diversity on both these stages in the last few days,” he said. “We just had special guest Andrew Watt playing guitar on ‘Rearviewmirror,’ but I realized it had been a while since we had a powerful young woman up onstage with us. And so my pal Harper here is going to help me out.”

Pearl Jam emerged from a long slumber today by announcing not just a European tour, but also the news that their fan club holiday singles will be released to streaming services.
They are rolling out the songs one at a time under the banner 12 Days of Pearl Jam, beginning today with Stevie Wonder’s “Someday at Christmas.” It’s unclear which one will come next.
Pearl Jam started the tradition of releasing holiday songs back in 1991 when they dropped “Let Me Sleep (Christmas Time)” as a vinyl single to members of their fan club.

Ever wish The Voice‘s Blind Auditions were shown in strict chronological order?
Ok, sure, a straightforward just-the-facts edit might rob producers of the ability to create narrative ebb and flow over the course of two-hour episodes, but there’d be undeniable advantages, too.

Music is great – we think it’s safe to say that everyone agrees. However, one aspect of music is edging ever closer to extinction: the humble album cover.
Most album covers link in nicely with the themes of the music they are portraying. Some are irrelevant, but artistically sound. The remainder seem to have been made with the pure intention of tempting you to pour acid into your eye sockets. If you have some kind of morbid curiosity regarding the latter group, please read on, as we take a closer look at some of the most ridiculous/hilarious/terrifying album covers in the history of music.

Wayne Cochran started his career in 1955 as a soul singer. According to his official website, he offered Elvis fashion advice. Enough about Wayne and his bold claims, “What about the cover?” we hear you say?

Featuring a score by Lyle Workman ("Win Win," "Forgetting Sarah Marshall," "The 40-Year-Old Virgin"), the soundtrack also features two new songs composed for the film by Jon Bon Jovi and a well-curated trunk of classic and contemporary R&B and songs by groups like Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings, bluesman Muddy Waters, '60s R&B duo Sam & Dave, psychedelic soul band Baby Huey and The Babysitters, outlandish American soul singer Wayne Cochran and the C.C. We knew "The Vampire Diaries" was going to bring the hurt in this last stretch of episodes before the season finale, but we weren't quite prepared for the trauma delivered by "The Last Dance."
Okay, so maybe going to a school dance while Klaus is in town is a little bit like the girl in a scary movie running up the stairs when she should be running out the door, but it ramps up the tension considerably.
"Vampire Diaries" fans sent us some questions about the episode via Twitter. Find a few of our (admittedly vague and cryptic) answers below. We don't want to spoil anything for you guys. When you watch on Thursday at 8 p.m. Est on The CW, we want you to be just as blown away as we were.
Q: Will we find out how much Matt and the Sheriff know?
A: Yes. Unfortunately for the Salvatore brothers,...
