Dashiell Mihok(My-hock) AKA Dash and "Diz" Mihok, was raised in Greenwich Village, NYC.

The actor, director, producer, musician's career, spanning over 30 years, include roles as Benvolio in Baz Luhrmann's "Romeo and Juliet", Pvt. 1cl. Doll in Terrence Malick's "The Thin Red Line", Jason in Roland Emmerich's "The Day After Tomorrow, Sgt. Jeremy Mitchell in Wolfgang Peterson's "The Perfect Storm", Officer Keough in David O. Russell's "The Silver Linings Playbook", as well as his early work in Barry Levinson's "Sleepers' and more recently Adrian Lyne's "Deep Water."

Mihok may be best known for creating the character of "Bunchy Donovan", in the hit series "Ray Donovan."

His often eclectic choices from smaller independent projects like the recent "Wildflower", to playing the motion capture lead villain "Alpha Male" in big budget films like "I Am Legend", have branded him a multi-dimensional craftsman and friend among all who have collaborated with him. With 100 plus credits in television and film acting and directing.

Dash Mihok's early roots in New York, originate growing up in Westbeth Artists Housing, to Andrea Mihok and Broadway actor Raymond Thorne are something the musical thespian has said looking back as -

"One of the greatest gifts an overtly curious kid with Tourette Syndrome could ultimately ever have. Being immersed in a wild environment of everything - from painters, dancers, jazz musicians, actors, to graffiti artist's made me feel normal."

Mihok attended the Bronx High School of Science as well as the Professional Children's School.

A musician since the age of 8, "Diz" as he is known by many, started releasing music in 2009 under the name Diz and The Fam.

Mihok resides in Los Angeles and New York with his wife, musician and Latin artist Valeria Mason and 2 daughters Olivia and Catalina.

Appeared in the plays &#39;Carrying Schoolchildren&#39;, &#39;Balm in Gilead&#39; and &#39;Healing the Rainbow&#39;.

Was featured in a Comedy Central special.

Was featured in a Nickelodeon Commercial.

Played Stephen the Personal Assistant in The Sweetest Thing: A Day in the Life of Nancy Pimental, a pilot for FOX with Jenny McCarthy which appears on the unrated DVD of The Sweetest Thing.

He was to have played Eamon McBride, the &quot;super&quot; of a NYC apartment building in the comedy series Love and Money. He was replaced by another actor before the pilot aired due to reasons unknown.

Featured in &quot;I Have A Dream&quot;, the final track on Sabac&#39;s album, Sabacolypse.

Appears in Alanis Morissette&#39;s spoof clip We&#39;re With the Band, which can be seen by accessing a special website via her album So-Called Chaos.
