The IEA is committed to protecting the personal data of individuals whenever it processes their personal data in the course of carrying out the IEA’s Programme of Work. As an accountable agency within the framework of the OECD, the IEA has developed a Privacy Management Programme to structure its approach to implementing the OECD’s data protection rules. 

The Privacy Policies or Data Protection Notices below describe the types of personal data we collect for some regular IEA activities, how we use it, who has access and for how long. They also provide information on the data protection rights of individuals whose data is processed by the IEA under the OECD’s data protection rules.
