Test Automation Software for Battery Testing

Run multiple concurrent tests regarding performance and durability of battery cells and packs with ease using our test automation software for battery testing. The STARS Battery application can define and perform tests on battery packs of all types. During testing, you can interact with the Battery Management System (BMS) of the battery pack, the battery cycler, and environmental and temperature control hardware. Our battery testing software is applicable for testing duties on single battery cells, battery modules and battery packs. It provides a standard test library that is ready to use and is compliant with the common battery testing standards, ISO 12405-4:2018 and IEC 62660-1.

STARS Battery contains test schedules, data loggers, and simulated devices. Using these examples, you can construct a user-specific test system from scratch or modify an existing one. Also included are demonstration projects and simulated test stands. You can use or edit these templates to quickly configure a working test system.
