Offering Interpretation Services
Tourist Call Center 1330 is a call center offering interpretation services for foreign tourists and it is run by the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO).
- Languages: Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin), Russian, Vietnamese, Thai, Malay, and Indonesian
- Hours of operation: 24/7 (Russian, Vietnamese, Thai, Malay, and Indonesian interpretation services offered from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m.)
- Services: Tourist information, interpretation services for tourists, reporting inconveniences, and redirecting the call to the local police department
- How to use: Dial 1330 if calling within Korea / Dial 82-2-1330 if calling from outside of Korea
