Two Warriors by Travis Anderson
They stared each other down in the grass covered plain, the trees around them their only crowd. One warrior circled the other, both waiting for their moment to strike. The Lion stalked light footed about his enemy, sword in each hand, while the Bull stood his ground, hammer tight in his grip. Only silence marked their stand off, their faces turned to stone masks before the melee. At the sudden cry of a far off bird the Lion lunged toward his target, blades eager for the bull. The Buffalo brought his hammer up and the battle began; a cacophony of metal.
