My gypsy outfit that I made for a Halloween Shindig that I volunteered at two weeks ago. This was made the clothes out of my wardrobe, so I guess this isn't exactly a costume since I wear stuff like this on a daily basis... I love fashion and putting together different outfits. This picture was taken in the ruins of the Haldeman School in Haldeman, Kentucky. I chose this place for a photo op because I love going to old ruins and exploring.

Oh nooooes, why you fall over? I swear I didn't put a gypsy curse on you, lol!
By the way, thanks for the fave! How have you been doing?
Glad to hear you are doing ok! Yeah, I bet school has been keeping you super busy. It has for me too, which is why I haven't been on much in a few months.
Lol yeah, It's slowed down some so I've been able to be on her a bit more

By the way, glad you thought it was cool!!! Sometimes you find the neatest places in the middle of nowhere!
Indeed! I live in North Dakota and just trudging round looking at houses, I find the most amazing stuff. Stuff like boulders with plaques on them that comment on some battle or other historical event.
Its great because it was placed by people that had a much closer view, a much deeper feeling than we do. I am actually afraid that such things will be removed by people who view everything through the lens of politics, rather than seeing this for the true statement it was to these people at that time.
Regardless of what we think now, this is what they they thought then. Right or wrong it is truly their thoughts and deserves to be protected.

Lol, and if I had read the initial post, I would have seen the part on where it was taken.
Such is the power of visuals. I was so impressed that I just had to comment before really understanding the whole thing. Remember that as you surf the web, the power of those visuals, the power so easily bent to the one posting the visuals will. Truly it takes a strong will not to misuse a visual....

Indeed, you can find beauty in anything, just have to look into things and the meaning behind everything! And I agree, visuals can be a very powerful thing.
Thanks Falconwolf! It was put together with pre-existing clothes from my weird selection in my wardrobe! I love wearing hippie and gypsy stuff! Seriously, I wear this stuff on a daily basis, but this was for a Halloween party/volunteer project!
