It always sounds sooooo easy. Lies. Asking someone out takes about 3-5 attempts because I always chicken out in conversation with said person. xD
This woman has a number. But this woman is shy in relationship manners.
I shall demonstrate the reason WHY you do not simply ask them out.
"Moony will you go out with me?"

The thing about asking someone out, is quite simple (says the one who offers advice but rarely follows it himself).
You can't, as you put it, simply ask one out just by asking the person out.
You gotta have a plan, a watertight, foolproof, chimpansee secured plan.
Such as "Ooooh I heard about a movie showing soon, wanna go watch it with me?"
And from there on I tend to botch it all up myself..

Yes, you freaking do. Us menfolk don't understand 'subtle', and we appreciate someone who'll be straight with us a lot more than someone who'll play coy.
I just got off a four hour bus ride with a bunch of pricks that I hate, but this just... man this made me laugh, cheers mate :)
This is so true that's funny. Example: "Hey (I'm developing a crush on you) will you go out with me?"
