The question (in the title) is asked to this snake by person, who is suppousedly stands behind and little above it next to the window, at whom snake is looking.

Whole scene, as well as appearance of snake, comes from dream i saw some time ago, including the question. While not looking exactly as i wanted (and clearly not as it was in dream, as i cant recall the details), it still close to it.
