-Page o' Sketches-
Drawing these two is always fun. I love playing on the contrast between them. :)

I'm sure Zalia might like to think so, if only just to make Diane uncomfortable. :)
Heh, they both look great - the situations you've put them in really show their interplay well, and I love the contrast between the expressions in the top right sketch :) (And the... result of the middle right one...!)
After a gap in submissions, it looks like you've really got your... funkiness back ;)

It's starting to feel like I'm getting back into the flow of things. Maybe I just needed a change of scenery - and what better way than to move house!
Heh, well, I remember that experience doing rather the opposite to me for a while - but I can definitely see how a new lease of creativity might emerge from it after the stress died down :)
ALL OF THIS. JOY. MUCH JOY.
It was fun drawing them, as always!

Could've been worse. Could've been a bucket of brightly coloured slime. Knowing Zalia, that was most likely an option.
If this brightly colored slime was also cold, the friendship would have to be terminated immediately.
Hm. Honestly now - I don't know what is so special in your style. Seriously, it's possitively "like others" but exept it's not. I enjoy it more than 90% of Furaffinity artists only because of this. Maybe it's the style of drawing faces, dunno... but I like it xP
I know I sound ridiculous right now, but yea, whatever xP

Actually I consider that some rather high praise! I must be doing something right to catch peoples' attention, so thanks very much for the comment :)
I'd personally say it was the sheer level of attention paid to not only expression, but consistent body style/anatomy, pose and gesture. With your pics, you get a sense of character from the characters looks AND the expression AND the stance/posture AND all the other bits that go into making a sentient person/being.
It's the sense that you could swap the gals for standard humans, and everything would still 'work'. Because it's believable.
(And I wish I could pull that off! argharghargh XD )

Believe me, it can be a challenge to come up with a page full of sketches like this, but it's one I welcome. It's fun to see what I can get out of each character and show them in different ways.
The couch sequence is definitely my favourite of the set, too. Props to Joey for thinking of it, I had a lot of fun drawing that part :)

Great series of sketches! And I really need to add J-P to my watch list now. :)
