A little piece of art for a friend of Nevar's :D The description I was given was: "She's a north american river otter with blue eyes and an affinity for the color orange" Soooo I ran with that!
This was actually a good opportunity for me to experiment with color application. Kind of chunky and fun :> I also really like how the inks came out on this one. I love experimenting with my inking style/making it somewhat stylized.
Anyways, Nevar recieved the original file w/o my watermark of course.

I certainly like the color scheme-
your dynamic poses, however, really make this interesting. The curve of the otter, and the curve of the fish....a very, very subtle symmetry.

Otters are my favorite of the weasels... :D He/she/it looks so content.
