And i can just her her making that little squee noise too. So cute. I just love Gilda pictures. Of all the redeemed antagonists, she's my favorite.
I think Gilda needs to be enrolled in Remedial Friendship 101 and trained til she's as good as the rest.
Or just paired with someone as abrasive until the polish each others' rough edges. Like Trixie, as I so often do.
Having thought about it a lot, and having watched Griffon the Brush-Off for like the dozenth time, I actually am of the opinion that Gilda probably isn't AS mean as she was in that episode all the time. There seem to be a lot of aggravating factors at play in that episode, I actually feel sorry for her a bunch for how things transpire. I don't think it's inconceivable that Gilda has a soft, nougaty center and that it may be bigger than some people expect!
I certainly believe that (Now; sometime I should recut my earlierst stories) I've been making her a vulnerable, very brash lass driven by a combination of social contempt and social pressure. It's all personal stuff, mind, but it makes for an interesting backstory.
