Over the past few weeks, we"ve been finishing up some original artwork for the upcoming Nordguard Card Game! This is an image for one of the Event cards.

In a nutshell, the card game features 50+ pieces of new artwork we"ve done, as well as new artwork from Chromamancer, and images from Across Thin Ice. Each deck has 130 cards, plus custom Nordguard dice, and the standard set will be about $12. It will be available later this summer from Sofawolf Press!

These are gorgeous! I lurked in a stream or two.
I may pick these up! I'm not one for table top card games but I'd give this a try! And more importantly, I have plenty of friends that are into this sort of thing! :)

The game is definitely more fun the more friends you have.
A little secret: if you have enough friends together and more than one copy of the game, you can actually put the two decks together and play a super huge version of the game map. It's not something we've tested extensively in design, but in theory, the game is infinitely scalable in that sense.
I'm half expecting to see someone at the convention when this is released putting a bunch of tables together and playing a mega version of this with like 4 copies or something, lol.

Love the title. XD Has that sort of tongue-in-cheek military humor to it.

I love this piece... there is such a sense of just how alone and out there (im guessing he) he/she/they (out of picture character/s) are.
