It actually is good armor, its 'custom' armor, so you can add mods and things to it, and replace and upgrade said mods constantly and have the armor comparable to any other armor of any other level.
This is basically me in SW:ToR. And yes, I am a lightside Sith assassin. That just means I'll kill your boss and/or blow up all your shit, but let you live to spread the word of my mayhem.

But..I'm...already a sith XD I'm a Sith Assassin!...I just play more towards the lightside morals. I gain lightside points by not killing off an entire race of aliens, and instead have them turn on the republic and kill their jedi teachers =D

I sadly haven't seen that many people run around in the outfit. Even tho it is fully modable.
