Hardly. Not the same color blue, blue in her inner ears, no blue on the arms, color of nose different, also different color eyes. Similarities happen all the time. There are no distinct original markings on your character so it's not uncommon to happen.
You changed the colors of common markings on a skunk. You failed to add anything original besides unusual coloring. I'm sorry but NO, you cannot expect someone else to not come up with this idea. Also if you pay attention to Neko's character here, she dyes her stripe colors which can be yellow as well.
