I saw a journal announcing 5 badge slots and I jumped on one as soon as I could reply to the journal ;p. Been trying to get Slash0x art for well over 2 years now and this is the only piece I've managed.
I really like his take on Ssvanti on this badge, and it's making me want a fuller piece so much more! I found his style of shoulder spikes, twinkish appearance and shoulder/lats in particular to stand out from other renditions.

I find that more subjective and perception based, but I do try to get quality art on a regular basis. I do commission up and coming artists too!

Well in this case you have pretty refined choices. And lots of spare money too, lol.
They are wrist wraps like martial artist use, also based on in game design.

I've always admired his artistic talents and was very happy to nab this. You'll have to wait and see if he opens again!
Ahh... being skinny myself, it's much easier for me to draw those than muscular characters, haha. xD

you know I was looking at it going wow that's pretty badass looking. Saw the tag "innuendo" and still didn't see where the "innuendo" was until what has essentially become hours later.
he sure is a hot looking Iksar. and i love that tattoo. umm argonians and iksars are completey different am i right? never played thr elder scrolls games like oblivion and skyrim. and never played everquest.
The only thing they have in common is that they are reptiles, little to nothing else is similar.

Horns look a bit draconic, but. Agree, the body type and shoulders came out pretty good.... Was this the body you where asking for artists to draw closer to?
I only have the very old piece of me giving head to an unnamed dragon that Slash0x did. I must say your design is cleaner and nicer. I've liked very much that there's been a sexier Iksar on FA, and nice it's been a fun scaly like you. I'm not going to be at that conf to see that badge, just TFF.
I see your "shoulder blades" have magnified considerably since early designs; we sure seem to be getting sharp-edged at our major joints! Even your groin, I've noticed...
