Nope, she's an actual legit character on the show, just not a main pony.
Oh yea I have noticed her. She shows up and somehow makes some kind of clumsy mistake. Never heard her talk though. And no one's said her name.

I was randomly browsing pictures of ponies on google (that's what I do in my spare time) and I came across your stuff...I think this may be why she just messaged it to me through photobucket, rather than posting it on her gallery, because someone would likely recognize it.
I'm a bit upset about it-I expected an actual ART trade, not just a ripoff of someone else's work- and I suspect you should be quite upset as well, and now I'm starting to wonder how much of her gallery is really hers.

She says someone made a free base for users to make heart-shaped ponies of their characters...if you didn't give permission for that, it may be worth looking into-
