Dom Fluttershy is totally almost exactly how I was the only time I've ever tried to humiliate/dominate someone. Except I was calling him a sissy and telling him I'd dress him in a pink skirt and make him crawl around town on a leash so everyone could see what a nasty bitch he is.
After I stumbled over trying to say all that, I was like, "is that okay?" completely breaking character but I was SO afraid I was too mean haha. He basically smiled and nodded like Kuma in your pic.

Better than a bitchy dom that doesn't actually care about you, if you ask me. I think most people into real, serious BDSM and humiliation would disagree, but I like the idea of the top breaking character every great once in a while with a "hey, how's this working for you?"
With my dom and I, we can tell by eye contact and body language, plus we have a "slow down" safe word as well as an "OK STOP PLZ" safe word. We are into pretty serious stuff like breathplay, bruising, choking [til i passed out a couple times :x] and hard paddling/cropping. :P

You have no idea how confused I was when I woke up, but we're always super careful. And we never do that kind of choking in the heat of the moment or something, it's always foreplay so we're both concentrating on it completely lol. :S
