Some time ago, an environmental disaster occurred on the Black Sea coast, which led to the spill of a huge amount of fuel oil.
A video summarizing all the information: https://youtu.be/sZicDvcfoPg?si=ymcC0HqXueRRZXtG
At the moment, work is already underway to extract fuel oil from the sea and from the coasts, large teams of volunteers are being involved. People collect fuel oil from the shores with the help of scoops and special bags. The fumes of fuel oil are very toxic, unprotected people start to get a headache after cleaning the territories, therefore, purchases of respirators and other necessary materials are made. Some companies volunteer their products to help volunteers.
At the same time, marine fauna suffers from fuel oil. A huge number of different birds fell into pools of fuel oil, which prevents them from spreading their wings, makes them heavier. Birds become unable to take off from the water surface, are unable to escape from predators, and some even suffocate. One Azov dolphin has already been found, completely enveloped in fuel oil, it suffocated and was washed ashore.
There are more and more of these victims. Volunteers catch birds, wash them and transfer them to overexposure, but, obviously, all the living creatures of the black sea will not be able to be saved.
If you have the desire, if you have the opportunity to help:
At the moment, there is a lot of volunteer work on the coast. A separate telegram chat was made specifically on the topic of the spill: https://t.me/ kkxH8Z8y35ZmZDYy.
The chat contains the details for which you can send donations for respirators and other protective equipment, necessary things. People from nearby areas can join the work on the coast. You can also find other ways to donate, since russian platforms mostly don't support any other country's money transfers.

The cost of human greed and neglectance of safety protocols always result in blood, suffering and disaster
Yet it is always good and uplifting to see that somebody are willing to fix that mess and try to do something about it
Already was donating people as much as i could since i cannot participate at this deed myself
Hopefully the people will do the most they can to minimize the damage even it is already done
