Saddage that now they need to flee again to be together. But they will manage
Zaer helped them to some extent, for they could have been discovered by Vlagg's father, and then their tale would have definitely ended tragically.
His dad will still find him. He will put everything he can into finding hzis son once Herrin wakes and tells him what happend.
Let's hope the lord is reconciled to his son's choice and enjoys babysitting his grandchildren.... But I guess it wasn't meant to be.
Oh, come on now! Don't be such a pessimist. Who knows, maybe they'll all get a cloudless, calm sky, rainbows and butterflies in the end! As they say, "Hope dies last."
Vlagg wouldn't mind being a dad after all. And what a reliable husband he is, as befits a true dragon. By the way, the last panel of this page reminds me of the panel on page 111 of Part V, where Gerv leaves the room with the gun. Only now the two of them are on their way to becoming a family. Oh, that's really sweet. And Gervic has nothing to fear now!
Things have to change now, to move on leave old the stuff behind. forget the past history and move forward to the future. I hope the story goes well this page gives me tears. T-T *crying*
It feels like only yesterday when Gharn was first introduced.
Amazing how you can compile years of your life when reading a good story. I'm glad that the readership has been so responsive.
My favorite thing about this comic isn't just story, though, it's the author's insight. I was given a real treat in understanding how the author thinks of his characters and readership as time progressed. Many thanks to Vju79 for being so open and personal with his audience. I'm sure that this is the first comic of many more good ones to come.
