Ikan is a very large creature lurking about in a mountain range of ice caves. He makes a habit of hunting dragons instead of insects with his icy webs, though he'll happily go for anything large enough to catch his eyes and let the small fry pass by. He's very recluse, and selective about his targets, rarely showing himself to anyone he doesn't plan to make a meal out of shortly after. Because of this, his existence is known mostly as a myth in the local regions, accompanied by the occasional reports of dragon types that go missing in his mountains. Most other Pokémon find the trek through the area rather uneventful... so long as they make haste.

A spider character I haven't done too much with yet, but with the year of the dragon ending soon, he'll be sure to make a few appearances sooner than later.
