She is an 8-foot-tall maiden who wields all incantations of the Frenzy Flame and even newer ones. Having immunity to all non-frenzy-flames fire techniques/spells/incantations are a big bonus, and her dress is made from a frenzy flame corrupted golden dragon scales.

The whole goal of the Frenzy Flame is to bring chaos to the world, to incinerate all that divides and distinguishes. To melt everyone and everything, life, death, all of it melted down and return to one, a singularity in a sense. May Chaos take the World!

And Hera embodies this desire to the point her stare inflicts the madness upon those that meet her gaze with their own, the pain and torture until their very minds are burning. Beware Hera's grab attack for she will bring you close to her eyes, forcing that stare until your eyes are melting. Then she delivers the frenzy kiss, in which the flames within her would flow into your body, melting your insides into molten flesh, the armor melting away into slag and goop, till with a good slurp, everything that made you YOU, become part of her inner flame, to be one with her, with the Frenzy Flame inside of her. Your mind and soul forever kindling, burned away as fuel, being part of the Frenzy Flame.
