That is....such an awesome concept. Very nice execution of it, too!
I saw this submission and thought "Yeah, I can relate to that feeling." These are getting great! I especially love how washed out the background is, versus how defined the subject matter is. Kudos! ^ ^
Wasn't the idea I was shooting for but the line for the zipper pull thingie got too thick (cause I botched it and went in to fix it and smeardarnitnowitlookslikesomethingelse happened).
Make me think of the manga "Abara" by Tsutomu Nihei ^^'

Whether or not this was intended as vent art, it is surely functioning as such for me. *holds it close*
I guess in a sense it was a vent piece. Nothing dramatic, just.. a lot on my mind I guess you could say, and it leaked out into a general for-the-art-show kind of image. But.. *hug* I hope whatever is crappy, gets uncrappy for you soon. :C
