Nurse Annabelle Wilkes is the local nurse of Dunwich. Annabelle use to work in Arkham, but she decided to move out of Arkham because of the overabundance of supernatural activities. She's caring, polite, and courageous when it comes to her job. Wilks is a mother of three, and her husband died a long time ago in Arkham. She chose to become a nurse to provide for her family and to coup with the loss of her late husband. Annabelle Wilkes' name is a reference to Annie Wilkes, the main antagonist of Steven King's Misery and Annabelle the doll from the Conjuring Universe films.
