Jake Alois Kingston (26) and Tammy Newark Roberts (27), are the partner in crime duo who often work on behalf of Vivian doing things she would not risk herself do in the limelight, and in many ways, been the Polar Opposites of Roderick and Donna - the Evil Himbo/Bimbo couple if you will, but less dumber or unlucky.

The feud of Roderick with them goes back to his childhood with Jake who would be a massive tormentor to him and loved to put him in trouble - Tammy wasn't around those years - therefor, the animosity started from years of bullying which led to Roderick and Jake Bud Heads.

The two would go separate ways before High school, Jake taken to a Reform School for delinquents, which did no good, specially when he met Tammy - A fiend to his own heart. The two bail and have been on the run ever since, not until catching up to Roderick by chance in his college years, already dating Donna by this point and having his run ins with Vivian, when in one of their many heist, the pursuit with the police almost lead to a serious crash with another vehicle, occupy by non-other than Roderick's parents who were in a visit.

The two manage to escape, but were later identify, Roderick's hate for Jake grew to the point of obsessing to beat the Living Day lights out of him if the two cross paths, and at the same time, the incident led to Vivian come to know of them and hired them for their services. It would be working with her, the two would learn of Roderick's ticklishness and abuse it at every chance in their encounters it it means Jake can hear a big Goody Two Shoes like Roderick Squirm and Squeal in laughter.

Jake is perhaps the more malicious one of the duo, as he is willing to put the lives of others in harms way if it were to serve a purpose, where as Tammy is the more restrain of the two, but still holds her own level of malice, mostly out of fun, specially if she can get her way with Roderick. Despite been together for years now, for what it seems, the two have no romance for each other and their partnership is mostly of out convenience. If anything, Tammy is the third Gal to have the hots for Roderick and is the only evil Gal to have toyed with his ...um - AJUM - "Rod-erick".
