The Magnemite needing a monocle is funnier to me than it should be

Wow Regardless that it's great to see Inquisitor Lugia again, I must say that this scene is awesome, adorable, enticing, (very) interesting, (a bit) frightening, lovely, (kinda) hot and funny as well; plus, the Magnemite with the monocle, combined with what happens with the rest of this scene, it reminds me of how villains look in their lair in the animated series from the 80s, or similar, for some reason. lol

I forget - is Lugia supposed to be the embodiment of some concept, or was that later generations?

Also, still love the idea of them using Magnemites instead of servo-skulls in this reality
