Zee-Zee and Lig are dressed up ready for Halloween! And they're being Gus and Hunter from The Owl House!
Zee-Zee is wearing Gus's blue tunic, with magic enhancer thing on a necklace, and holding a staff with his palisman on top. Lig is in Hunter's light brown outfit, with his own palisman staff, and he's even got his headfur styled like Hunter's.
Lig's diaper is peeking out the top of the pants, but Zee-Zee's tunic cleverly hides any sign of his pull-up! Even if he has a little accident while he's out trick or treating, people probably won't notice! And if they do, he can use illusion magic to stop anyone seeing! He draws an imaginary circle in the air with his finger.

I didn't recognize the costumes as I'm not super familiar with 'TOH' having only watched S1 where there was no Hunter and Gus was only seen wearing his school uniform...
