Background - 80/130 USD (depending on the complexity)
If the character has additional complex elements (for example, wings, complex tattoos, fins, and the like), then I charge an additional fee of 35 - 50 USD per character for this
I can also charge an additional fee for complex clothing (such as armor, elaborate dresses, uniforms, body armor, and the like) for an additional $35 - $50 per character.
I don't charge money for ordinary clothes.
