The context is some post-battle talon rubbing.
Usually Blaziken is the choice, but Combusken can be pretty cute
I like how grumpy that Combusken looks here, i'm sure some talons hugs would help to make him a bit more joyful hehe ^^ (you really did a fantastic work on it ^^ congrats!)
