the way Cohost is described to me almost makes this seem like this was a Sears/Kmart inevitability where a group failed to modernize and died by places that did

Algorithm bullshit and data tracking/selling are a cancer on the modern internet. I don't want companies to know when tragedy has struck me for them to make an easier profit. I don't want the algorithm to decimate any chance I have of making it as a NSFW artist and then forcefeed me hateful and traumatic content for engagement. Fuck Twitter and the rest of the modern social media ecosystem. Burn it all to the ground.
