If you are wondering why I haven't posted much in the past few days, here's the reason! XD
An extremely fun piece for kojotelatrans and redcoatcat featuring Kojote, dressed as a dashing Landsknecht Doppelsöldner, and Meezer, dressed as his Kampfrau. It's been ages since I've drawn some fancy historically accurate Renaissance clothing, and I really had a blast working on this! :D

The Catholic Church banned them in services, and since most people went to church every day, they finally fell out of favor. I figured codpieces were just wishful thinking
Your artwork is so fucking good man, the lines and colors just shout with life!
Gosh, I absolutely love the colors and the outfits they have!
You really know how to make any scene come to life :D

At least we know he's (probably) not compensating with that sword
Probably a bit bigger than most historical ones, but good fashion nonetheless :P
Oh hey I know those two! They look great here, just living their best lives in 16th century Germany
Oh Dog, they have the puffy clothing...you just KNOW they're arrogant, pretentious peacocks.
HAHA! XD It was quite common to have puffy clothing back then, at least among the Landsknechte
I can't shakes the feeling these two would fit in the Rudger Hauer movie "Flesh and Blood"
Katzbalger and Gassenhauer, woohoo! Looks amazing!
I love how you did the background! Also the characters are so damn cute! I cannot imagine more fancy attire for them! :P So posh!
Thank you so much hun! :D The characters are indeed super cute!
Man, I love your backgrounds so much! You do shadows so well. And I particularly love the coloring in the coyote's fur!
Thank you so much Tek! :D And yeah, Kojote has really cool markings and colors!
These two look like they have a scheme in the brewing, and that’s how they express their romance for each other too.
I love it! The background is stunning and the clothing is excellently detailed. Also you have a talent for creating attractive characters.
Another quality piece that shows your absolute dedication to detail and color. The background is as arresting as the main characters. I even love the fact that some random citizen is walking away, unaware of our stares. And that all pales in comparison to the foreground couple. They are so much fun to study! The costume details are exquisite, like the alternating patterns on the guy's legs and the slashing on his sleeves.
You must study these things almost as long as you draw them.
Thank you for all your hard work. I'm glad you enjoy doing it because I certainly enjoy seeing it!

Thank you so much once again, it means a lot! ^^
The clothing were super fun to draw! Kojote provided some amazing references for that.

Beautiful work! The fine details in the clothing and equipment and so on are fantastic.
Yes! Landsknechts are what you break out the history books for when the GM says your D&D character's outfit is too over the top!
Just love what you did with us it's absolutely perfect! Thank you so much again <3
They red Renaissance clothes look fantastic. I agree with all the others, cod pieces are really funny to see.
Thank you! :D
HAha yeah, they are XD Codpieces can be hilarious!

It reminds me of that centuri comic dub where they say that they used cod pieces to store liquor bottle.. Don't know if it's true, but a funny trivia to be sure
Beautiful city setting! A siamese and a coyote-I sense theft and conspiracy in the near future! ;) Really, those expressions are terrific. Was red very common for clothing in those days?
