She's just chilling~
This might just be my magnum opus?! I'm SO proud of this one, I hope you like how it turned out as well! x3
Next I'm going to try and make some simpler drawings, especially with simpler lighting and shading so I can showcase that style too. I hope I can force myself to stay under the 30 hours per piece after this one haha~

Pretty sure it's AI generated or at the very least AI assisted. Same with the other art on their profile.
I know the airbrushed style is very popular with AI art right now but I can assure you I didn't use any AI at any point during the process and I do not condone the use of AI either! I've already posted the lineart for this one on my Bluesky and Twitter before but I'll be uploading some more in-progress shots as well!

Will you set up a timelapse or stream yourself working on your next piece of work? While it's not hard to reverse-engineer a piece of artwork to get coloring/shading layers, or use AI for the base and add color and shading yourself, a timelapse or a stream would give 100% certainty that AI wasn't used for the majority of the work with manual additions
Respectfully, no. I have ADHD and I work best in short bursts of about 2 hours, in many sessions. This drawing took me about 15 drawing sessions spread over more than a week. I do not have the time or energy to 1) remember to start the video recording EVERY time, and 2) edit all these videos into one long timelapse. I just don't work in long sessions that way, never have. If you have gone through my thread and truly still believe I did all those layers with all those tweaks as shown in the GIFs - that was about 50 layers in the GIFs, so 50 different AI pieces - with AI, and all of those 50 AI pieces lining up somehow perfectly, with EXACTLY the right portions of edits that a human would do per layer and layer group (like shading of the face, shading of the legs, markings on the shoulders, markings on the tail, all in seperate layers), AND you reading through my explanations of the workflow WHILE showing you how I've built up these parts (like me showing you exactly how I did the coloured lineart and even going so far as to telling you my layer blend mode on my highlight layer), you're just giving me the feeling you'd rather stay willfully ignorant, no offense.
I didn't say you used 50 different AI pieces, but that you could either take the final image and manually deconstruct it into layers, take a more basic image and manually add shading/highlights, or a combination of both. Half the toeclaws here fuse into the toe, and while I've seen styles that involve doing that, I've only seen AI choose to use both on different toes of the same image. Seeing a recording of just a sketch would still dispel it, even if it's not a full timelapse
Ah, I misunderstood then, I'm sorry. But dang, at that point you're describing it just sounds like more work than just... drawing it yourself :p I'm also a little confused at the toeclaws thing? Like yes, there's two claws that curve over the beans? And that somehow is a dead giveaway that it's AI?
I might try and keep a timelapse of a sketch at some point, but for now you can enjoy the sketches I posted today :)

Again, your lighting is so good, itβs very pleasing to the eyes and the perspective/posing you gave Loona is fantastic!!!:3
This is fucking incredible oh wow
