I"m defo sure that Qone would be a good boss but with procrastination problems, and Osirus would overdo his charge and work like a 5 people (even though he still gets the same). Osirus is cold minded, but he"s not the one, who would love to deal with responsibilities, however he would fire everyone who ain"t works enough (in his mind, at least, and there where no workers left) what can"t be said about Qone, he"s too kind and try to keep his workers till the last (Osirus"s getting mad and beating crap out of him, not in the literal sense of the word)
