No, she's definitely not holding an Enderpearl... It's an Orb of Dragonkind, an item necessary for her class: Dragon Channeler.
Dragon Channeler is a custom homebrew class made by Zikeny
With the power of the Dragon Channeler, Pyralspite swaps her spirit with the Dragon Spirit inside the orb. The two share a vessel - Pyralspite's body. They are bound together - the dragon spirit granting access to draconic magic and abilities, and the channeler pledging to uphold the values of the spirit and act as stewards of the Dragon's power in the mortal realm.
