I really like her outfit and facial expression. You do a very wonderful job coming up with these characters.
She looks like the type to give the impression of a tom boy, knowledgeable in combat, a bit of general mechanic, but in reality like she enjoys the feminine things, just she keeps it hidden and or subtle for work reasons, and her bra choice I feel like kinda proves it.
Speaking of which, I like the look of said bra, probably because I enjoy chest wrap style bras and enjoy seeing jewelry on women's clothing, here we have both, nice.
