REASON FOR EVALUATION: Eight years ago, at the age of ten. The subject known as “Brian” received an accidental dosage of an experimental formula being produced by Brianna Cartwell in the C sector of building 1 inside of Cartwell Laboratories. The resulting contamination resulted in a mutation of the subject's DNA, allowing for the manipulation of their physical appearance. Careful analysis was made throughout their early development and going into their pre-pubescent age. However, shortly after turning 16. The subject experienced an unexpected change. The changes of their chromosomes and their hormonal states, resulted in a change in gender. The subjects demeanor and mood was manipulated by the change and they took on a different personality, despite containing the same consciousness. Now at the age of 18, The subject requested an evaluation for both their physical and mental wellbeing.


PSYCHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS: For the purpose of this text, the subject will be referred to by “Brian”, or “Briana” depending on the individual speaking at the moment of the examination. When speaking with Brian, his demeanor remained relaxed, collected, and overall tone deaf. At moments it seemed to me that Brian seemed disinterested and drowsy. When confronted with this, Brian became apologetic and nervous by this. Further discussion discovered a hidden aspect of Brian where once given something of interest, he will become hyper fixated on the subject. Previous records from his suggest slight aspergers, however I am unable to determine at this time whether such disorder still persists or has grown. When asked to switch over to Briana, Brian felt slightly hesitant, not sure if they’d like to. This could be due to Briana hardly existing for a few years, he may still be getting accustomed to the change. Further persuasion coerced Brian into switching which indicated reluctance and willingness to please others. Briana appeared with a completely different attitude, she began by asking about my coat and why it was so big. A lack of social cues persisted as Briana would speak about random events around the room without any relation to the examination. Briana was much more energetic and happy, her interest seemed to be on everything at the exact same time. She would wander off into other subjects and I would have to remind her to stay on track. However, when she appeared for our analysis, her energy radiated positivity to an almost childish degree. As if she was the bestfriend of everyone on earth. Her ignorance may cause her to partake in activities that either would hurt her, or result in troubling mischief. When asked who Brian was, she responded, “you think I don’t know who that is?” I responded by asking who they were, and they responded, “me duh”. This response proved my suspicions that Brian and Briana share one collective mind. Thus disproving my idea of a possible plurality. Additionally, further analysis in potential Schizophrenia must be conducted to determine if this split personality will become detrimental later in life. However, for the time being, the change in character seems to be dictated by their hormone levels. With an increase in testosterone, Brian will appear. However, with Estrogen levels higher, Briana appears, If both levels are the same, Brian will be the side to take form, though in a more “cheery” mood. Next I tested a discovery Dr. Newman had inquired from his physical analysis. I asked if I may speak with Brian and Briana. After a few seconds of Briana staring blankly at me, a second, masculine head appeared. I asked the second head if they were Brian, and the head responded with a “yep”. Continuing my conversation with the two, I observed that both heads would not speak at the same time. This could be due to their shared mind, processing thought would be difficult if they are conducting two conversations at the same time. Just to test my theory, I asked Brian(a) if they may talk at the same time. They stared at each other for a moment, as if they were each their own individual, a strange behavior. What was spoken right after can only be described as utter gibberish. After a few seconds of listening to nonsense, I asked them to please stop. My analysis seemed fulfilled but I requested one last action from them. I had Brian go away and was left with Briana. I had her switch to Brian, she did. Then I had Brian switch to Briana, they did. But this time, they seemed slightly ill, she clasped her head and exclaimed that they had a migraine. I administered a pain reliever and concluded my examination.


FINDINGS: Brian(a) is a distinctly unique individual that possesses a strange power. While having two minds allows for more interactions with people is very useful, the very plausible threat of Schizophrenia exists. As for actions required at this time, space is all I can prescribe. Brian(a) must be allowed to understand themselves and learn how to properly use such a gift.


PHYSICAL ANALYSIS: For the purpose of this text, the subject will be referred to by “Brian”, or “Briana” depending on the individual present at the moment of the examination. Upon the first sight of Brian, my examination started with his muscular figure. The level of muscle present in him was impressive, after examining his hormone levels, I discovered a fluctuating chart of levels during various moments of extraction. The same can be said for Briana and her estrogen level. The increase and decrease of hormone levels may be what influences the physical appearance of them. However, upon further experimentation, adjusting their hormone levels to certain amounts resulted in various forms. From Brian with breasts, to Briana with large muscles. However, these forms require a delicate balance and cannot exceed certain levels. Exceeding levels can result in illness which was experienced shortly after muscular Briana was presented. After resting for a moment, Briana wanted to present something to me that she said would “spark my interest”. I obliged and from seemingly nowhere, Briana’s vagina transformed into a penis. I was certainly shocked by the discovery and decided to examine this much further. Pearing under Briana’s testicals, I noticed that her vagina had not not disappeared, but simply moved. Further discussion about their reproductive organs have provided much important information. They can create both male and female reproductive organs, as well as switch between genitals with the same organs. This results in semen seeping from their vagina, and vaginal fluids exiting from their penis. They also possess lightning fast reproduction speed, producing seemingly endless levels of fluids, however this requires high levels of nutrients for this to be possible. I asked him to demonstrate. After consuming an entire meal, and waiting an hour. Brian was able to fill three thirty-two ounce mason jars with semen. He explained to me that he still had more, but I strongly insisted that that was all I needed to see. It is important to note that Brian(a) also carries the ability to excrete these fluids at will. This could be a result of the psychological freedom they possess. Moving from the sexual analysis, I then moved into their body manipulation. Brian began by showcasing his ability to increase his height as well as his muscle mass. I was able to record an impressive Eight feet, three inches before Brian's knees began to ache, burdened by the weight. He can also reduce to an extraordinary level, reaching as low as two feet, five inches. However, they prefer to stay six feet, two inches for Brian. And five feet, five inches for Briana. Next, Brian presented his genitals again, he was able to expand his penis to a thickness of one foot, and an impressive length of five feet. He explained that he can make it larger but I insisted once again that was not necessary and we continued. Next Briana displayed her Breasts expansion, able to grow them past the point that they were larger than herself, I forced her to reduce before she filled the entire room. For the final part of the examination, we explored their limbs. First, Briana demonstrated their hyper regenerative abilities. She took a scalpel, and made an incision on her forearm. After a few seconds, the cut had bonded over and healed as if nothing had ever touched it. A possible symptom of the axolotl extract that was a part of the serum. A possible DNA blueprint may exist within them, allowing for the regeneration of lost parts. Mathematical calculations may not be as accurate as they can be, but they may be able to regenerate lost appendages in around three to four months, depending on what is lost. Though, I think the only part that must stay intact is their Brain, to their heart. I experimented with the idea of adding potential limbs, Brian obliged and grew two more arms, then a third leg, and a second set of genitals. Finally, he presented me with Briana as another head, the conversation was confusing to describe and I will leave the discovery to Dr. Cartwell and his analysis. Though what I can say is their senses can exist in either head, both, or neither. It is up to their discretion on which head will be deaf, blind, etc. Each appendage required approximately thirty to thirty five seconds to mature and be fully functional. There didn't seem to be a limit as to how many there could be, but I'd presume it is limited by the surface area of Brian(a). Finally, I went the opposite way. Asking for a reduction of Brian. Brian felt hesitant and switched to Briana, who happily obliged. She added the note that already original copies of appendages only took five seconds to mature before full functions. After that, she reduced her arms. Observing the reductions, I noted that they seemed to swallow into the base, and not just disintegrate. Next, she sat on the observation table and reduced her legs. First paws, then calves, and finally thighs. This resulted in Briana just being a torso and a head. I asked her how far she can reduce and she replied with, “watch this”. She let out a light giggle and proceeded to reduce herself even farther. She shrunk to half a torso, then smaller, and smaller, till what was left was a ball of fur under her head five inches in diameter. She told me she wasn’t finished, and in that moment, she reduced her ears leaving nothing there. I spoke to her but she shook her head, an indication she was deaf. Next went her snout, then her mouth, and finally eyes. She reduced her neck and all that was left was what appeared to be two fur balls sitting on the table. I observed her and noticed a beating. Her heart and Brain had remained intact. The only parts that needed to be. I reached over, curious if her heart beat had changed. But once I made contact with her, she began to writhe and squirm hastily. This startled me and I jumped back. Briana grew back her facial features, and after a few seconds, laughed at me and told me how she got me good. I took a breather and watched as the two furballs turned back into a full sized badger. Satisfied with my analysis. I concluded my examination and bid Briana a farewell.


FINDINGS: The physical properties of Brian(a) allow for many remarkable things. My only hope is that they choose to use those abilities for good. Despite not being able to change fur, their body manipulation, as well as their reduction can prove to be useful in any situation they find themselves in. My only recommendation for them is to continue to find unique ways to safely manipulate their figure.
