Ooh! I am visually familiar with the SNES boxes they used for packaging their games. This helps me to really imagine what adorable art you have made of Goldigony to attract the attention of interested gamers.

Would a game about Goldigony be a 2D Platformer? What do you see the story being about?
In my experience, video games made to be based after a movie, show, or cartoon often do not turn out so good. For your game, I imagine you would make sure that it is fun to play, has replay value, and lots of fun things the player can do to bring them back to play over-and-over again.

I miss the games from the NES and SNES era. Many games, once you got good at playing them, would only take about 30 minutes to 2 hours to complete. However, despite being easy to finish once you mastered all the controls and such, these games were truly a joy to replay.
Before 'Speed Running' was a thing, I had a few games that I would play through to see how quickly I could finish them. Some favorites that come to mind are The Goonies 2 on the NES and Star Fox on the SNES.

Is there a game that you feel would best be used as a model for Baby Draggy Adventures?

Yes, during the era of 8 and 16 bits, the number of videogames was pretty limited and our access to them was even more limited, so every title we could play was gold and we had to value them so much. The era of fast food entertainment really down the value of the things so drastically.
I imagine Baby Draggy Adventures as a kind of 2D platformer, yeah. Goldigony would probably be able to jump and glide in the air a short while. She would also be able to spit fire. I imagine the game probably as things like Ducktales or Castle of Illusion or maybe Toy Story games? I imagine that kind of setup, environment, levels, something simple to play, with a couple of screens explaining the story, variety of levels, different environments, pretty much that. It would probably be a short game, but with several secrets to explore around the levels. For me it would be a bit harder to find a way to include the diapers. Maybe as power ups which change the landing zone color? Maybe as things you have to collect to recover energy which drops with the time? Maybe including cute-scenes between levels were they are important? Maybe the story goes about a diaper thief and how you have to recover all the packages from different worlds? I'm not sure, but it could be the most interesting part and could work well as any other cartoon videogame like those of Tiny Toons for example.
What do you think about my ideas Yosh?

I like your ideas a lot! I also like how you made reference to NES Disney and Warner Bros. games. The NES was a great system for fun games based upon lovable cartoon shows and their characters.

I like the idea of her diapers being a way of showing what kind of power-up she may be actively using. Perhaps one with red and orange colors on the landing zone and leg gathers would let you know she has enhanced fire breathing ability? Her diaper featuring teal leg gathers and a blue landing zone could let you know she can blow bubbles.
***
Having her able to fly, or glide, short distances would be a fun mechanic. Perhaps it is a feature that can make the game easier when it comes to crossing certain obstacles while also providing a more experienced player ways to challenge themselves to find secret areas with treasure, power-ups, or access to secret levels?
***
Did you ever hear of, or play, Magical Quest: Starring Mickey Mouse. It was a fun SNES game that had a feature where, upon learning a new ability, Mickey could change into one of many unique costumes. The ones I remember are the wizard, fire fighter, and climber. When Mickey would change into a different costume, he'd pull a curtain over himself before coming out in his chosen costume. Perhaps Goldigony could have a similar feature where, upon gaining an ability, she can pull a privacy curtain over herself to change into the diaper that represents the ability she is actively using?
***
There is so much potential for a fun 2D platformer based on lovable Goldigony. My imagination is filled with ideas based on so many great NES and SNES games I played over-and-over again that would make wonderful templates for Baby Draggy Adventures.

Yes. I have heard about Magical Quest, and yes, all those ideas sound pretty good and close to what I was imagining. I was also thinking in things like Yoshi in Super Mario Sunshine where his color changed according to the fruit he was eating and uh "the juice" he spit had different effect according to the color. I also like a lot how different colors of Yoshi usually represent different kinds of power ups.
It may sound like a fun project to try out and I won't lie, having all those ideas I may feel tempted to give it a try. However, I developed a small rogue-like game about a dragon and it was a huge hell everything about the animations and how the fire worked. Besides I hate Unity so much, it simply drives me crazy with all the loading times and other disturbing stuff. I could use Godot Engine, but it would require a lot of time of learning, programming, drawing and more, so I really don't think it would worth it at all.

Hey, Sweetie. Sorry for the late response. I was supposed to be in Morristown, New Jersey getting a new Seeing Eye Dog. However, the person who picked me up to drive from where I live to Morristown did not like the current condition of my house. As a result, I got sent home to work on the house until I feel it is a good time to have someone from The Seeing Eye drive back down to verify that I have done a good enough job with renovating the house. (What happened is Lucca had me help him start some projects that he could finish while I was away getting the Seeing Eye Dog. This meant there were piles of household items in unorganized places that were seen as how the house normally looks instead of the work in progress that it was really going on.).

Even if Baby Draggy Adventures is not made into a game, I enjoy thinking of how a platformer with Goldigony would play. It is also fun to think of the different sound effects and background music that would make playing the game extra fun.
***
Have you ever played a game that had a "Second Quest"? The first one that I played that had a surprise way to play through the game after you initially finished it was The Legend of Zelda. That second quest was super hard compared to the original game. (As a kid, I played through the original Zelda game and finished the game with all items and hearts on the first quest in under 50 minutes! I am sure there are those who can do it faster, but it is fun thinking of how I did speed runs before doing a speed run was a thing people did.).
Do you think you would want Baby Draggy Adventures to have a special mode / version of the game that opens to the player once they finish the original game? Perhaps you can earn an extra special ending by finishing the game once this mode is unlocked?

I'm sorry for the trouble with your seeing dog Yosh. I hope you both can clean the house and have it nice conditions for your well-needed four legs companion.
When I was about 10 years old our aunt living in the US gifted my brother and I a Nintendo GameCube with Zelda: Wind Waker. Still today one of my favorite games ever. The game features a new game plus with some small differences, being the most important that you can take photos to basically every element of the game and a NPC would create 3D statues of them in a hall. It was probably my very first and one of the few times playing a second quest. I usually prefer to only do once. I think Baby Draggy adventures could have some differences in the second quest, like some special power ups to finish the game faster or having the chance to change Goldigony's color or something like that. But well. Thinking on developing a whole game is already too complicated, I can't think in developing a second quest too...
