There's a sin counter on souls nowadays and now humans have a chance to lower that number so they'll have a better chance of getting into Heaven... It's not like Leader wants to explain that part, she wants you to go down to Hell with her. She is a demon after whose main job is to do just that.

That may be true but depending on which book you read nowadays suggest lusting in your heart is enough to add to the sin counter
That could be true, but at least in this world the sin counter will only go up when the sin is actually committed and not thought of.
