This collar is a defect with multiple paint scratches. The spikes also can"t be removed.

Fitting:
Inner circumference =659mm (~25.9 inches)

(Make sure to measure around the neck with your fursuit head on to see if the collar can fit you. The measurement needs to be less than the Inner circumference to fit)
