Tiny Toons Adventures:Coming up close!
A beautiful night full of stars and a beautiful moon that shone above the sky, this is how Fifi La Fume saw it when she went out to the terrace in the middle of a party with her friends from Acme Looniversity!
She felt in her heart to sing a song that she loved and decided to do it under that beautiful starry night!
Unknowingly, there was also Pepé Le Pew who accompanied her with his guitar, something that she loved in her heart when she saw him!
Fifi sang with all her soul and that night was special for her and at the same time unforgettable! At the end, she decided to return to the party, but not before smiling at Pepe and whispering a "thank you"...!

Lyrics
[Verse 1]
One night in Iowa, he and I in a borrowed car
Went driving in the summer, promises in every star
Out in the distance I could hear some people laughing
I felt my heart beat back a weekend's worth of sadness
[Verse 2]
There was a farmhouse that had long since been deserted
We stopped and carved our hearts into the wooden surface
We thought just for an instant we could see the future
We thought for once we knew what really was important
[Chorus]
Coming up close
Everything sounds like welcome home
Come home
And oh, by the way
Don't you know that I could make
A dream that's barely half-awake come true
I wanted to say–
But anything I could have said
I felt somehow that you already knew
[Verse 3]
We got back in the car and listened to a Dylan tape
We drove around the fields until it started getting late
And I went back to my hotel room on the highway
And he just got back in his car and drove away
[Chorus]
Coming up close
Everything sounds like welcome home
Come home
Oh, by the way
Don't you know that I could make
A dream that's barely half-awake come true
I wanted to say–
But anything I could have said
I felt somehow that you already knew
[Outro]
Coming up close
Everything sounds like welcome home
Come home
Coming up close
Everything sounds like welcome home
Come home
Come on home...
....Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh...!

Beautiful and romantic picture my dear friend. Nice work as always... 😁👍👍🥰🥰🥰💜💜💜💜
This artwork is absolutely delightful and exudes a charming, romantic quality. I can't help but notice that Pepe Le Pew and Fifi La Fume would make a surprisingly adorable couple, and their chemistry in this piece is undeniable! The background is also beautifully rendered, perfectly capturing the essence of a romantic setting. ~ 🌹❤🌹❤🌹❤

It's unfortunate that Pepé Le Pew has been cancelled due to his character being labelled as "problematic" in today's climate.
I really don't know why they do that to him!Well, sometimes the creators have short minds!
Thanks my friend for your comment!!😁
Thanks my friend for your comment!!😁
This isn't the first time a Loony Tunes character has been subject to something like this. Back in the early 2000's, Cartoon Network tried to cancel out Speedy Gonzales because of his character being labelled as an offensive Mexican stereotype, but this caused an uproar with the Hispanic communities as the character is a beloved icon in Latin America so much so that Cartoon Network decided to reverse their decision in 2002.
This was referenced in Loony Tunes Back in Action with Porky Pig sitting with Speedy at a table discussing how political correctness has affected their careers with Porky Pig saying, "It's a pain in the butt to be politically correct." with Speedy replying, "You're telling me." I've found this to have aged well like fine wine as even Porky has come under controversy recently for his stutter.
