I want to agree on the trebuchet because even if Evie somehow gets one...Stella will still have a trebuchet. I feel like this is a win either way.

We need a follow up of Evie getting a trebuchet, because we all know she can.
First answer: OnlyBlood? Eh, I don't know; that sounds to me like something that might be illegal, or very illegal, in this universe, although I'm not sure how something like that would work in yours in terms of laws and such.
Second answer: BurgerTime? Okay, that sounds adorable, interesting, silly and cool for an old arcade game; good for Luna for liking said game, and good for Tristan for recommending it to her, by the way. lol
Third answer: Hmm, the trebuchet idea sounds great and makes sense, actually. lol
Fourth answer: Considering that laxatives are often dangerous when something goes wrong in terms of pranking someone, if Rah'jan is an expert at making muffins like that, I wouldn't be surprised to know that something like that isn't a problem for him. XD

Don't be so sure about not being able to get a trebuchet. The plans for the biggest trebuchet ever made, the WarWolf, still exist, and it would be entirely possible to build that bad boy.
