You know, 99% of the ones who take that are going to leave him walking funny by the end of it.
I wouldn't call it a hazard, given the typical personality of foxes.
I would definitely take the leash and take that cute for a walk. I would love it if I could rub his chest, belly and scratch behind his ears after the walk.
